Welcome to NonnaMail. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the NonnaMail website, software applications, and cloud-to-cloud automated ingestion services (collectively, the "Service") operated by NonnaMail ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
NonnaMail provides an automated itinerary compilation dashboard. By processing travel confirmations (flights, hotels, rental cars, activities, and restaurant bookings), NonnaMail programmatically detects trip metrics and aggregates them into a structured visual itinerary display ("Dashboard").
Age Requirement: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account and utilize the Service.
Account Provisioning: You may register for NonnaMail using supported OpenID Connect or OAuth third-party identity channels. You are not required to connect a live email inbox via OAuth to create an account or utilize the visual Dashboard.
Alternative Data Intake (Manual Forwarding): If you choose not to link a live inbox via OAuth, you may utilize the Service by manually forwarding your travel confirmation emails from your registered account email to our designated ingestion inbox. By voluntarily forwarding any communication to NonnaMail, you grant us explicit permission to process the contents of that specific transmission.
NonnaMail utilizes distinct data ingestion channels depending on your account configuration and feature interactions:
Connected Inboxes (Automated Webhook Scanning): If you connect an inbox via secure OAuth tokens, NonnaMail receives background cloud-to-cloud notifications (such as Google Pub/Sub webhooks). Our server fetches the metadata envelope of inbound messages solely to verify the sender "From" header.
The Filtering Protocol (Transient RAM Processing): If an automated webhook notification does not originate from a recognized travel supplier domain (e.g., airlines, lodging, etc.) or a user-defined custom tracking domain, the email body text is instantly discarded from our server's temporary RAM. Non-travel emails are never written to disk, never stored in a database, and are never read by humans or passed to extraction models.
On-Demand Domain Search Utility: For connected accounts, the Service provides an on-demand historical lookup feature allowing you to input specific sender domains to retroactively find and parse travel confirmations from your email history. NonnaMail retains the sender domain queries you submit through this feature solely for security monitoring, abuse detection, and compliance logging. These query terms are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.
Search Restrictions and Prohibited Use: The search feature is strictly limited to discovering travel-related documentation. We do not permit, support, or allow queries targeting adult websites, pornography, gambling platforms, online casinos, or wagering networks. NonnaMail reserves the right to programmatically block, restrict, or reject any search input that falls into these categories or constitutes an abuse of the API infrastructure.
Persistent Dashboard Storage: If an email enters our system via manual forwarding, passes our automated real-time filter, or is retrieved via a valid historical domain search request, it is processed programmatically over a secure, enterprise-encrypted network via isolated API-based Large Language Models (LLMs). These processing channels are strictly private and contractually prohibited from retaining your data or utilizing your email content for model training. NonnaMail stores only the unique email message identifier (for deduplication) and the resulting structured itinerary metrics (e.g., flight numbers, check-in dates, lodging names) necessary to populate your visual Dashboard.
Tier Parameters: NonnaMail offers a Free Tier and a premium Pro Tier surface. The Free Tier is strictly limited to automated flight parsing and will only display one (1) itinerary booking per rolling three (3) month window. The Pro Tier unlocks full itinerary tracking — including car rentals, lodgings, activities, restaurants, custom email tracking domains, and unlimited concurrent booking displays — billed as a recurring subscription through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle under identical pricing terms unless you cancel your subscription through your Dashboard billing settings or contact support before the renewal date.
Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
NonnaMail's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its strict Limited Use requirements. We do not use, transfer, or analyze user email content to serve advertisements, build user tracking profiles, or share data with unauthorized third parties.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NonnaMail grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial travel organization. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, duplicate, or attempt to disrupt the integrity of the automated parsing systems.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. NonnaMail makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the absolute accuracy of its automated extraction logic.
No Guarantee of 100% Parsing Accuracy: Because NonnaMail relies on automated AI algorithms and programmatic template reading to isolate itinerary data from raw HTML/text payloads, you acknowledge that our system may occasionally fail to parse, incorrectly categorize, or miss an itinerary confirmation email due to formatting updates, webhook latency, prompt limitations, or structural updates by third-party travel providers.
User Duty to Cross-Verify: NonnaMail is a supplementary organizational utility. You remain solely responsible for validating your official travel times, gate assignments, departure dates, hotel reservations, and booking changes directly with your primary service providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NonnaMail, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, financial losses, missed flights, unused hotel bookings, alternative transportation costs, travel delays, or data disruptions — resulting from:
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to NonnaMail for the specific Pro Tier subscription during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply delete your integration inside your dashboard profile settings, which will automatically trigger the deletion of your persistent itinerary data and clean wiping of stored OAuth refresh tokens.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect via email or a prominent notification dashboard banner. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
